This 2 hour session is designed as a standalone opportunity for you to focus on a specific goal or challenge. Whether you are aiming to improve a business relationship, address a personal issue like quitting smoking or losing weight, or balance work and home life, this session offers targeted support.
Using the GROW model, together we will explore and define the outcome you want to achieve. This session can also serve as a taster, allowing us to assess whether a longer coaching engagement would be beneficial.
Sessions will usually be conducted via Zoom. We can discuss an in-person session if this is preferred and available. If you find that further sessions would be beneficial, they can be arranged as part of a 6-week block.
By the end of this focussed, 2 hour session, you will feel a sense of clarity and empowerment.
You will walk away with a clear action plan, having identified practical steps to tackle your specific challenge whether it is navigating a tricky relationship or task at work, managing a personal issue, or finding balance in your busy life. • We will begin with a short meditation. This meditation is called the “mind wide open.” It will help you relax and free your mind of any distractions allowing you to be fully focused on your goal setting.
